1997 R-Vision Beachcomber, 29’ Many new parts, including curtains, blinds, dinette cushions (custom made) couch cover, carpeting, vinyl flooring, high profile Thetford Aqua Magic toilet, new 6 gal DSI water heater, new shower head, etc.. We bought this RV in the fall of 2008 from the original owner. It was used on a permanent site. We have used it 3 weekends this season and everything works great! Very clean, ready to take camping!



This RV has 2 bedrooms, private front Master bedroom and rear triple bunks w/ curtain partition

Master has a full size mattress and boxspring, new carpet, curtains and roman shades, 2 new LED reading lights, very comfortable room

Rear bedroom has triple bunks with new vinyl flooring, new curtain and coordinating roman shade

New flooring in bathroom along with new toilet (high profile Thetford w/ foot flush), new high velocity 12v vent fan and new Oxygenics showerhead

There was a crack in the tub, but it has been repaired w/ a fiberglass repair kit and more support was added underneath the tub. It is clean and ready to be used!

The kitchen is fully functioning and includes a Dometic gas/electric Fridge, microwave, gas stove and oven; SS double sink w/ a cutting board sink cover (this is new)

The dinette comes w/ new custom-made cushions; this folds down to create a sleeping area

There is a jackknife couch in the living area it comes with a new couch cover. This also converts to a sleeping area.

The A/C unit has been cleaned and is ducted throughout the RV

The Suburban brand furnace works and is ducted throughout, w/ new vent covers and recently cleaned ducts.

New CO/smoke detectors, New LP/Gas detector, New interior lights

New 6 gal, Suburban water heater w/ DSI

New Exterior vent covers, including refrigerator vent

Will include Sony DVD and Insignia digital converter

There are three areas on the exterior that sustained some water damage. All of these areas have been repaired, including the replacement of a 16-inch section of exterior wall. The interior of the RV does have some small soft areas (wall only, not on floors) in two storage compartments; it really is not noticeable (would have to get on knees and probe for soft spots) and does not affect the functionality of the RV. Replacement would not be necessary. The roof had been recently resealed w/ Dicor brand sealant. There is some water damage near the bottom cabinet area of the fridge; this does not affect the fridge it works great.

This RV has been updated and is ready to go, very clean!!! Please keep in mind this RV is 12 year sold and the fiberglass exterior does have some faded decals and scratches that correspond to its age, overall though, it is in good shape. No warranties either express or implied
