Meet Paxton! Paxton is a 7 year old Spaniel/Border Collie mix who weighs 33 lbs. Paxton was born in Israel and came over to America a couple of years ago with his doting family. Unfortunately, his mom and dad have to move back to Israel and can no longer keep him. We are so happy to have rescued this sweet guy and can't wait him to meet his new family! He is completely housetrained, rides well in the car, and knows how to sit, shake, "give kisses", and lie down --the only catch is that he knows these commands in Hebrew! His family has sent him with a list of Hebrew words that he understands, and his rescuer has been working with him in English--and he is SO intelligent! He has already picked up quite a few English commands, and we know he will adjust to his new home just fine. Paxton is a gentle boy who is good with other dogs and great with children--and he LOVES to play fetch and will jump in the air to catch the ball like a trained agility dog! Paxton is a truly special boy--he is so well trained and well mannered...all he needs now is family to love him for the rest of his life.
